I grew up in Merville, BC and after exploring our worlds many pockets for many years, returned here again with my incredible partner, Jordy.

We have two cats who add a lot of whimsy to our days out here in the tree’s. Our home is filled with Jordy’s plucking guitar strings and songwriting woven in giggles. You will usually find me researching about birth, walking to our special beach spot, drinking tea or thrifting for treasures made from hands and earth.

I’ve worked closely with families for years and becoming a Doula was a natural and fulfilling transition. I’ve enjoyed many thrills in my life, like downhill mountain biking, snowboarding and travelling. but these days, learning how to better support families within my local community is what truly fills my cup to the brim. I see families as the root of all love and my intention is to help them at their task, whatever that may look like for them at each moment.
