I grew up in Merville, BC and after exploring the world’s many pockets for many years, returned to the Comox Valley in 2024 with my incredible partner, Jordy.

We have two cats who add a lot of whimsy to our days out here in the trees. Our home is filled with Jordy plucking guitar strings and songwriting woven in giggles. You will usually find me tinkering on creative projects, researching about birth or thrifting for treasures made from hands and earth.

If you want to get to know me, it starts with my parents. They are two hardworking, holistic and kind lovers of the universe and I thank them for being one of the beacons that led me to birthwork.

I care deeply about supporting families, especially mothers. It is my life’s greatest honour to be curious, to hear, to nourish and to hold a mother’s hand as they move through their path into parenthood. I see families as the root of all love and my intention is to help them at their task.

I value the importance of living authentically, safely and supported by community. So thank you for letting me walk, learn, laugh and trust with you.

I am trained under Doula School Canada and mentored under Judi Calhoun, a DONA doula for 27 years.
