Postpartum Packages

$0.00

Sliding scale: $30-40\hr, minimum 4 hours each session.

Anytime is the right time to enter into postpartum care, it is never too early or too late.

Postpartum visits are tailored to your needs, and include:

  • Emotional and practical support as you move through your early days as parents

  • Support with newborn care and feeding

  • Helping with ‘baby feng shui’ if small changes to the layout of the home are needed. This can range anywhere from tidying to complete reorganization to layout adjustments

  • Physical healing support for the birthing person

  • Household help with laundry, food prep, and cleaning to help your home environment feel relaxing and comfortable

  • Nutrition support using recipes that are warm and nourishing. Recipes that support lactation, that fuel energy, that are hydrating and that make you feel taken care of.

  • Supporting any other children to help integrate new dynamics and ensure all members needs are being met

  • Resources and recommendations for other types of care and providers

If you are not immediately postpartum, or your child joined your family through adoption/surrogacy, this form of care is also for your family.

Each family is unique and requires different types of support.  We discuss your overall need and your goals for each visit.  My intention is to provide as much support as possible.
